EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Priti Trendz, we aim to provide quality products at honest prices, along with the best customer service possible. Our customers remain our priority, and we are committed to giving you a smooth and reliable shopping experience.

We always try to offer the best products at the best prices. However, if due to an unforeseen situation you face an issue with your order, the following terms will apply.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

WHEN DO WE PROVIDE RETURN OR REFUND?

We do not accept returns or refunds after the product is delivered, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong product has been delivered.

Any complaint regarding damage, defect, stains, or wrong product must be reported to us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product.

We may ask you to share clear digital photos or videos of the product for review.

Once your request is approved, you may be asked to courier the product back to us. After we receive and inspect the product at our office, we will assist you with an exchange or refund, depending on the case.

Customized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

If the customer wants a refund instead of an exchange, applicable deductions may be made for platform handling charges, payment gateway charges, website handling charges, and other processing costs.

Courier charges may be compensated through a voucher of flat ₹100, where applicable.

If the order is cancelled by Priti Trendz, the refund will be processed within 7 working days through the original payment method.

CANCELLATION POLICY

WHEN CAN AN ORDER BE CANCELLED?

You can request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

However, if the order status has already changed to shipped within 24 hours, the order cannot be cancelled because it has already moved from our warehouse.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, your refund will be processed within 7 working days after cancellation approval.

Once the order is delivered, we do not accept returns or refunds except in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong products.

EXCHANGE POLICY

WHEN CAN I EXCHANGE?

Exchange is allowed only in the following cases:

Damaged product received
Defective product received
Wrong product received

We may ask you to send clear photos or videos of the received product for verification.

Once your exchange request is approved, you may be required to send the product back to us. After we receive and inspect the product, we will process the exchange.

COLOR AND DESCRIPTION DISCLAIMER

The product descriptions on our website include details and specifications that are approximate and closest to reality.

While we try our best to display product colors accurately, slight color variations may occur due to photography lighting, screen settings, device display differences, and editing.

Other details such as weight, work, embroidery, fabric feel, and size may also vary slightly.

By placing an order on Priti Trendz, the customer understands and accepts that minor variations may occur between the product shown online and the product received.

EMBELLISHMENT RELATED ISSUES

Products with embellishments such as beads, sequins, stones, zari, embroidery, or similar work may have a tendency for some elements to come loose.

Even with careful handling, packaging, and shipping, this cannot be completely avoided. During transit, some embellishments may become loose. This is common for such products and will not be considered a major defect.

DELIVERY, SHIPPING POLICY & COD TERMS

Priti Trendz delivers to cities and towns across India and to most countries overseas.

We pack all orders carefully in good-quality packaging to ensure that the product reaches you in good condition through reputed courier partners.

We request customers to provide a complete and correct address at the time of order, including pin code, phone number, and landmark if possible, to make the delivery process smooth and efficient.

Priti Trendz will not be responsible if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the customer. No refund may be claimed for delay or non-delivery caused due to incorrect address details.

We offer shipping across India. International shipping is available to most countries.

All product prices are inclusive of GST, unless mentioned otherwise.

Once your order is shipped, we will send tracking information via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Priti Trendz cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, logistics issues, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

If the customer receives a damaged, defective, or wrong product, they can request an exchange as per our exchange policy.

Domestic delivery time:

Prepaid Orders: 3–5 days after dispatch
Cash on Delivery Orders: 9–10 days after dispatch

Customized Products:

Dispatch may take approximately 7 days from the date of order confirmation.

International Shipping:

Delivery time for international orders is usually 10–12 days after dispatch.

Custom duties, import charges, taxes, or any other charges applicable for delivery outside India will be paid by the customer.

Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.
