DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)

Note: The delivery time mentioned above is after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Customized Products: Dispatch takes approximately 7 days from the date of order confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OVERSEAS)

Shipping is available to most countries outside India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.

Delivery Time: 10–12 days after dispatch.

Custom duty, import charges, taxes, or any other applicable charges will be paid by the customer.

COD POLICY

If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), an extra ₹175 will be charged as COD handling and shipping charge.

You pay ₹175 at the time of order confirmation.

The remaining order amount will be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

Each order can be shipped to only one address. If you want to send products to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp, usually within 24–48 hours.

You can also track your order by clicking on “Track Order” in the website header or footer menu.

Enter your Order ID and registered Email ID to track your shipment.

IMPORTANT NOTES

All products are packed carefully and shipped through reputed courier partners.

While we make every effort to deliver on time, actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or delays by the courier service.

Please provide a complete and correct address with pin code and phone number to avoid delivery issues.
